30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your hammock! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Within 30 days of the delivery date
  • In its original packaging
  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Items that have been personalized or customized
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@shoufu.shop with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for our team to review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package
  5. Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorization email

Please do not send your purchase back without first contacting us. Items sent without an RMA number may not be processed.

4. Return Shipping

For defective or incorrect items: We will provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.

For all other returns: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Refund Timeline:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 7-14 business days

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at support@shoufu.shop.

If you wish to exchange for a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged/defective item
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
  • A description of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted
